【紅包袋的密語】(English writing below)
搬家時，把一疊客人給的紅包也搬了過來。
本來有更多，但以前丟了不少，近期才開始收集。
接過客人的紅包，送出自己的祝福，接過他們因貪嗔癡妒慢疑，所造的殺盜淫妄酒之業。
我心甘情願，沒有怨言。
把紅包封擺在書桌前，提醒自己肩膀上的責任重大：人家用辛苦賺來的錢請我，我可千萬不要辜負眾生，要一直做眾生的希望燈塔。
華人習俗裡，紅色代表吉祥、喜慶。
願我的客人們現在一切皆吉祥。
其實，照著我的話去做，想不吉祥都難。😁

When I moved house, I also brought the red packets given by my clients along.
There used to be many more, but I used to dispose of them and only started keeping them not that long ago.
For every red packet I received, I send out my blessings and take over the negative karma of the client - be it of killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, false speech and/or consumption of intoxicants.
It's a decision I willingly make. No grudges.
I placed the red packets in front of my work desk, to remind myself of my heavy responsibility : Never must I let sentient beings down, for they have chosen to engage me with their hard-earned money. I must and I will always be the beacon of hope and light for them.
In our Chinese culture, the colour red represents auspiciousness and joyful celebrations.
I wish for all my clients that all will be auspicious for them.
Then again, if you follow my advice to a T, it is impossible not to have an auspicious life. 😁
